Refund and Reprint Policy
Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
When We Will Reprint or Refund
- Defective item: Print quality issue, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit - we reprint free within 30 days of delivery.
- Wrong item: We sent a different product, size, or color than ordered - we reprint or refund immediately.
- Lost in transit: We will reship or refund at our discretion.
How to File a Claim
Email support@dreamtomerch.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We respond within 1-2 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Design errors made by the customer (wrong file, text typos, incorrect colors chosen at checkout)
- Size issues if you ordered the correct size per our size guide
- Change of mind after production begins
