Common questions

When will my order arrive?

Every item is made to order just for you. Production takes a couple of days, and orders typically ship and arrive within 5–9 days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Where’s my order / tracking?

Check your email (including your spam folder) for your order confirmation and tracking link. If you can’t find it, email stonecaster.co@gmail.com with your name or order number and we’ll track it down for you.

Returns, reprints & damaged items

Because items are made to order, we handle issues individually — if anything arrives wrong, damaged, or with a print defect, we’ll reprint it or make it right. See our Refund & Reprint Policy, or simply email us and we’ll take care of you.

Sizing help

Each product page lists its sizing details. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the right fit.

Payments & pay-over-time

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You can split eligible orders ($35+) into 4 interest-free payments by choosing Shop Pay at checkout (US addresses). See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
