Returns & Refunds Every DreamToMerch item is custom-made for you the moment you order it — printed or embroidered on demand, one at a time. Because your item is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing choices. Please double-check the size guide on each product page and use the live preview in our design builder before checkout — what you see is what we make. If we get it wrong, we make it right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at stonecaster.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required; you keep the original item. Orders canceled before production begins can be refunded in full. Once an item enters production, it can no longer be canceled or changed. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, reach out and we'll track it down or replace it.
