Welcome to DreamToMerch. By using dreamtomerch.com or builder.dreamtomerch.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Products. All items are made to order. Product images are previews; minor variations in color and placement can occur in production.

 

Your designs. You keep ownership of artwork you upload or create with our tools. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the design and grant us permission to print it for your order and fulfill it. You may not order designs that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, and we may cancel and refund any order that violates this.

 

Orders and payment. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Installment payment options may be available for eligible US orders at checkout. Once an order enters production it cannot be changed or canceled.

 

Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

 

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamToMerch and Stonecaster LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
