Food Truck Uniforms — Built for Service

Kit out a food truck with shirts, aprons and caps carrying the same logo that's on the truck — no minimum order, so a two-person operation orders two pieces, not twenty-four.

What a food truck actually needs from a uniform

A truck already has the strongest branding asset in the business: the wrap. The uniform's job is to match it, so a customer standing in a queue sees the same mark on the truck and on the person handing over the food. That's the whole design brief, and most uniform suppliers ignore it.

  • Aprons take the abuse, shirts take the branding. Grease and heat destroy a printed chest logo faster than anything else in food service. Putting the big mark on the apron and a small stitched logo on the shirt means the shirt survives the season.
  • Two-person crews are normal. Most trucks run one to four people, which is why a 24-piece minimum is useless. Order what the truck holds.
  • Turnover is constant. Weekend help comes and goes. Reorders of one or two pieces cost the same per piece as the original run — there's no new setup once a logo is digitized.
  • Hats matter more here than anywhere else. Hair restraint is a health-code reality in most jurisdictions, so a branded cap is the rare uniform piece that's required anyway. Make it work as advertising.

The pieces that work on a truck

Embroidered aprons for service, tees for the line, and caps for everyone. Long sleeves earn their place in autumn markets and cold-weather events. Full range on the embroidered apparel pillar, with caps and polos for owners working front of house.

Published pricing, no quote form

Custom tees start at $22.99 for a single piece. At 20+ pieces bulk tees run $19 each and scale on published tiers down to $16 at 1,000+. Long sleeves start at $29.99, embroidered hoodies at $42.99, and polo programs run from about $21 per piece at 20+. Embroidery carries a one-time digitizing setup per logo — after that, reorders of any size reuse the same stitch file.

Pay your way

Eligible orders can be split into four payments at checkout with Shop Pay Installments / Affirm, Afterpay, Cash App Pay or PayPal Pay Later — useful when a crew order lands in the same week as a slow invoice. FAQ

Can I order just two shirts for a two-person truck?

Yes. There is no minimum order. Two pieces is a normal order and costs $22.99 each for tees.

Can the apron and the shirt use the same logo file?

Yes. One digitizing setup covers the logo, and that same stitch file is reused across aprons, shirts, caps and hoodies.

What if I add a weekend employee next month?

Order a single piece. Reorders reuse the existing setup, so there is no new fee and the per-piece price follows the published tier.

Do you print aprons or embroider them?

Both are available. Embroidery survives commercial laundering better, which is why it is the usual choice for food service.

How much for a full ten-person kit?

Ten pieces sits below the 20+ bulk tier, so tees are $22.99 each. At 20+ pieces bulk tees drop to $19.
